We only offer First Class and Priority Mail shipping rates. Any order over 13 oz has to be sent Priority Mail. Shipping times listed under your shipping rate options do not mean the order will be to you in that number of days, it just means once the order is shipped the USPS estimates it will only take that number of days in transit to arrive to you.
Items ordered with a pre-order item will ship all together when the pre-order item is in stock, unless the pre-order item has over a 2 month wait.

If your package is lost, stolen, or broken: visit your local post office 30 days after the ship date for reimbursement if you have shipping insurance on that order. Once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
