I sent an email, when can I expect a reply?
- During Monday-Friday, we try and respond the same day.
- Please note that it is your responsibility to double-check your order before you hit submit, therefore, we are not responsible if an order gets sent out before we get a chance to see your email.
When can I expect my order?
- Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.
- After that, it generally takes another 2-3 business days for shipping.
- Tracking information will be sent via email when your order ships from our North Carolina Fulfillment facility.
My shipping address was entered incorrectly, how do I fix it?
- Scroll to the bottom of the home page and under "HELP" Select "Start a Return/Edit your Order."
- Select "View Order Details"
- Edit Order
All Orders are able to be edited up until the packing slip is printed. If it doesn't allow you to update the order, that means we are working on fulfilling your order and you are unable to make any changes.
If my order has a pre-order item in it, how does shipping work?

If you order in stock items with pre-order items (not including diecasts), your order will not ship until all items, including the pre-order are in stock. We recommend placing a separate order aside from your pre-order if you want the in-stock items to ship right away.
I was charged a fee upon my package arrival
- All international orders are subject to a duty fee upon arrival.
- We are not responsible for extra charges that may occur once it has cleared customs.
